Shipping & Returns

Your order will be shipped out in 48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends). Delivery times vary due to your location. Please make sure that you have provided us with a correct and "deliverable" mailing address.  We will notify you immediately if an item is out of stock or discontinued. In most cases if an item is listed on the website, it should be available for immediate shipment.  We will e-mail a shipment notification along with a tracking number. You can also come back any time and track your orders through our website.

100% customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can send it back to us for a full refund or exchange. No questions will be asked. Customer suggestions or opinions are most welcomed to improve our customer service. If you need to return an item for whatever reason, please contact us via e-mail ( info@crystalflorida.com  ) and include your phone number, the order number and a valid e-mail address.  Returns must be packed in the original packaging and be in re-sellable condition.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless we are at fault. If the item was damaged during shipment to you, please remember to file a claim with the delivery agent.
